She founded Corporate Yoga Connection (CYC), which partners with leading companies to design and implement Corporate Yoga and Meditation programs
Claudia teaches a fun and engaging style of Vinyasa yoga and presents it in a way that is approachable and effective. Claudia designs each session to cater to the needs and goals of each client and student; whether it be mental calm through guided meditation, a stronger body via a challenging flow or less stress through a calming but restorative stretch focused class.

Hannah since stumbling into her tantric hatha yoga & meditation teacher training in Rishikesh, India with Om People, it has been the most exciting journey for her as her purpose has shifted once more from nursing to now to a student and teacher of yoga.
She creates a safe and supported space to create a calm environment for students to fully dive into their practice.
As a dedicated teacher and student of yoga Hannah is continually connecting within to deepen her practice. Her passion lies with connecting to others and share the wonderful gift of yoga.

Prudence is passionate about the rejuvenation and restoration yoga can provide to the body, mind, and soul.
Coming from a life of dance she appreciates the fluidity of vinyasa flow and as such loves to teach a class full of passionate movement.
From her first yoga class, Prue had an instant connection to the freedom and peace it allowed her within her everyday life and has been addicted ever since.
The fluid motion of her practice and connection to breath is what allows her pure bliss.
Inspired by her teachers in India, Prudence strives to bring compassionate energy to her classes as well as cultivate deeper body awareness. Yoga has brought freedom and joy to her life and as such, she hopes to bring that same joy to her students’ lives, by sharing her knowledge and experiences through flow.

I first found yoga as a means of support for my anxiety. Meditation and pranayama have since been a regular practice for me.
The more yoga i did the better I coped with life and the more I shared yoga the more I saw how it can help everyone. I made my journey into teaching to give back to something that has given me so much!
Yoga is a means to observe yourself as you are here and now so you can better move forward. It is an act of self awareness and self kindness that may result in growth – but the aim of yoga is not to change yourself but rather be aware of your true self.
